Can I send a Spotify or Apple Music playlist?
Yes, you can send a playlist link for reference, but we still need the actual audio files (.mp3 or .wav) that you legally own. We’ll guide you by email after checkout.
How do I send you my music files?
After you order, we’ll email you a secure upload link. You can upload your songs or a ZIP folder.
How long does it take to make my tape?
Production time is around 3–7 days, depending on customization.
What if I don’t have the files?
You must own the songs you want on tape. You can purchase them from iTunes, Bandcamp, etc. We cannot record copyrighted music directly from streaming services. Alternatively, our decks have a build-in microphone for voice recording
Will I hear imperfections on the tape?
Yes — analog comes with a natural hiss and warmth. It’s part of the charm. No two tapes are exactly the same.
Why do I need to provide my own music files?
HUMN does not supply or distribute copyrighted music. By providing your own files, you confirm that you have the rights to use those songs. This keeps your mixtape personal, legal, and respectful to the artists.
Can I have a blank tape just for the vibes?
Ofcourse! We offer blank cassettes if you just wanted it for the vibes :) Our Decks have a build-in mic so you can record voice notes!
