What type of output are suitable for The Decks? Does it support type-C?

The Decks requires a 3.5mm male jack for its output. (e.g. earpiece,headphone,mic) Don't worry! Each purchase of the Deck will come with a complimentary earpiece so you can enjoy it in private!

What if my earpiece isn't compatible with the Decks? (not a 3.5mm male jack)

Our Decks only supports 3.5mm jack to connect your earpiece. You can purchase a 3.5mm male jack to USB C adapter or 3.5mm male jack to Lightning adapter. Unfortunately, we don't sell it in our store for now. It can be easily purchase in most electronic stores :)

Does the Decks support Bluetooth pairing or any wireless connection?

Nope. Since the Decks are made to bring back the retro state, as of now it only supports wired connections. We might bring one in the future so stay tuned!

How to charge the Decks?

The Decks requires two 1.5V AA alkaline batteries or with an AC-DC adaptor with 4.5V DC ~ 350mA output (both batteries and adaptor not included)
